Enterprise-grade conversational bot research and development

The project tackles the problem of creating a chatbot service in enterprise environment. The developed chatbot would serve as a help desk for new employees about the system software. Understanding a chatbot is often not obvious, and, generally, takes time out of senior worker’s work hours to help the new employees get sorted. This lost time might not even be productive, and certainly will not offer a long term solution to our problem. Furthermore, if the knowledge given is not right, then there is a gap of responsibility for the incorrectly performed task, which puts a strain on the general workplace ethic. A chatbot could help addressing this problem, not only would new employees feel a lot less pressure when joining the company, but training recently hired members of the team might seem like less of a chore to the previous members, meaning greater team cohesion. Another important thing to note is that this way, the new employees will get their data from a 100% percent reliable source, and can effectively quote and manage the information they received.
